Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that an Annual General Meeting of The Association for Perioperative Practice will be held at the Harrogate Internation Centre, Kings Road, Harrogate at 2.15pm on Thursday 14 October 2010.

All members of AfPP are entitled to vote on the Association's policy and direction. There are two ways of voting:

• Come to the AGM on the date above. Listen to the debate, contribute if you wish to and raise your hand when the vote is called, or
• Complete the proxy form below which instructs a person of your choice to vote as you wish or as they choose.
