Judith Oliver

Judith Oliver has spent most of her working life in disability and rehabilitation in the not-for-profit sector and is currently business development manager of a large domiciliary care agency.  She founded the Association of Carers (now Carers UK) and served a five-year term as the Secretary of State for Health’s lay representative on the UKCC.  She brings a long experience of charity governance and funding to the Board.
