ERFF First Time Attendees

The Education & Research Fellowship Fund (ERFF) is a charity that provides funding for the following:

  • To advance the study of and to promote excellence in perioperative practice
  • To promote innovation in perioperative practice and extend knowledge and skills in order to meet changing needs
  • To assist with fees and other financial requests as deemed appropriate by the Trustees in order to enhance the professional development of the AfPP membership

Each year the fund offers a limited number of people the chance to attend AfPP's Congress & Exhibition. The recipient of this award is entitled to three day Congress registration fees and financial assistance with accommodation and travelling expenses.

You must be able to attend for the full three days and have not previously attended an AfPP Congress. The award will meet your fee costs for all Congress sessions at membership rates.  You will also receive a contribution towards your travel and accommodation.   Please note - DO NOT register for Congress if you are applying for this award, this will be done separately for you.

Terms and conditions:

  • Applicants must be a member of AfPP
  • Fees from paying members must be received in full before the application can be accepted (membership is non-refundable)
  • Places are available on a ‘first-come-first- served’ basis
  • Limited places are available, and once filled, this number will not be extended
  • Applicants must not have attended the AfPP Congress & Exhibition before
