“The 3M academy is a excellent opportunity for practitioners to develop and enhance skills that can be implemented in the workplace and ultimately improve patient care. As a young practitioner hoping to maximise career potential, the workshops focus on key areas required to progress in this occupation and I feel through the academy I will benefit both professionally and personally and as a result become a more effective practitioner. I am really looking forward to attending the academy over the next year and feel lucky to be given the opportunity to attend such an established course.”
