BAND 7 - £30,460 - £37,545 PER ANNUM

SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

37.5 HOURS PER WEEK 

Benenden Hospital is an independent hospital based near Headcorn, Kent. Our Operating Department cares for approximately 6,300 patients a year through three main theatres and a procedure room. Specialties include General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, ENT, Ophthalmology, Oral Surgery, Urology and Paediatrics. We are keen to recruit a highly motivated and forward-thinking Team Leader to ensure the efficient and safe day-to-day running of Theatres. You will be a qualified and experienced Operating Department Practitioner or Nurse with substantial relevant clinical experience within a theatre environment. You will be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills especially experience in leading a scrub team. Other benefits include opportunities for training and development, on-site library, contributory pension and life assurance plan, and the opportunity to join Benenden Healthcare Society.
