The AfPP board needs your advice

AfPP has identified through information from the Charity Commission that it is valuable to have the input and advice of a young person at board level.  After careful consideration the board of trustees have concluded that they are keen to identify a young member, defined as under the age of 25, to support the board in an advisory capacity.  This will help inform the Association of the needs and attitudes/behaviours of this target group, to assist with the educational content and delivery and other services we provide to help us reach this audience.

If you are interested, please provide, in no more than 500 words, what you feel is important to younger members of AfPP and what personal attributes you have that would be applicable to the role.  All applications received will be judged on these submissions. The successful candidate will be invited to meet the board and discuss the role description and its application to AfPP strategy and commitment to members.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to enhance your CV, network and be at the forefront of leading perioperative standards. To apply or for further information please contact Stephanie Oates on 01423 882968 or by email to stephanie.oates@afpp.org.uk   who will direct your queries accordingly.

The final date for submission is 23 January 2012.
