Our members have increasingly requested us to provide legal representation and we are very pleased to announce that we will be launching this provision to our members with effect from 1 May 2011. This provides legal costs and expenses  of up to £50,000 for employment or contract disputes or disputes relating to material property, the pursuit of personal injury claims, enquiries into your personal tax affairs, legal defence in respect of motoring prosecutions or at a formal investigation or disciplinary hearing by any trade association, professional or regulatory body. It provides identity theft cover in the event of any dispute arising from the use of your personal information without your permission to commit fraud or other crimes. There is also a 24/7 personal legal and tax advice helpline.

Please note the cover is not suitable and therefore will not be provided for Overseas, Retired or Online Student Members.
