Rotherham District General Hospital – 18th June
Is having extensive building work carried out where amongst other things, they have been adding extra theatres and a new staff room, AfPP staff will hopefully be returning there later in the year to meet the rest of the theatre team.
BMI Thornbury - 18th June
Jonathan met numerous theatre staff at this Sheffield hospital where unfortunately, the long-standing link member will be stepping down for a period due to a sabbatical. The theatre manager expressed an interest in starting up a regional theatre manager networking group; consequently, we will be putting her in touch with the North West regional teams regarding face to face regional meetings and AfPP HQ will be looking into an online Theatre Manager forum.
