First Time Attendee Award
A chance to attend the AfPP Annual Conference for free
AfPP release several first time attendee places for AfPP Annual Conference each. This is a great opportunity to attend AfPP’s flagship event for free if you’ve never been before.
Purpose of Award
The purpose of this award is to assist AfPP members with funding for a place at AfPP’s Annual Conference. It’s a great opportunity to learn, network and socialise in a relaxed and informal environment and if you’ve never attended before it could be absolutely free!
Criteria for Application
- Applicants must have been a member of AfPP for a minimum of 12 months and all membership fees must be up to date at the time of the conference taking place
- Applicants must NOT have attended an AfPP residential conference previously
- The award will be delegate fees only; no assistance will be given for travel
- Those who recieve the First Time Attendee Award may be asked to write something about their experience for possible publication in AfPP communications
Awards monies will be paid to members in good faith, however, if a member should leave the Association in less than one year of receiving their award, they will be liable to refund the funds in full.
