Objectives:

Ask yourself. Do you ever come to work to do a bad job? No! Let’s face facts, most professionals, whether healthcare or not, do not come to work to do a bad job. There may be factors involved in why we cannot perform at our best.

This study day will explore some of these factors that might affect your performance at work and will hopefully come up with some solutions.
