Dave Thornton - Executive and Leadership Coach

Dave Thornton works as a successful and sought after Executive Coach and ‘top team’ developer for a range of organisations across the UK. He is a qualified Executive Coach, Facilitator and author, who has a whole host of Leadership experiences under his belt.

He is a member of the 'Windsor Leadership Trust' works with a number of Royal Colleges, is a regular contributor to the NHS Leadership Academy and Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management. His current NHS client list include coaching individuals working in national positions, CEO’s and Medical Directors. His team Coaching includes Boards of specialist mental health services, acute hospitals and CCG’s. In addition he has a small number of commercial clients across various sectors.

Prior to setting up his own company 9 years ago Dave worked in a variety of senior environments and holding local, regional and National positions within the NHS in a career spanning more than 30 years to date.


Dr Jeffrey Brown FCAI

Dr Brown was appointed to the post of Consultant Anaesthetist at Craigavon Hospital and the Southern Trust in 2005 having trained in Anaesthetics at the West of Scotland (year 1) and Northern Ireland Schools of Anaesthesia. An alumni of Queens University Belfast his clinical areas of interest include obstetric anaesthesia, ophthalmic anaesthesia, and anaesthesia for major urological surgery.

He is currently the anaesthetic lead for day surgery at Craigavon hospital and has previously served as the lead anaesthetist for pre-operative assessment and obstetric anaesthesia services. Dr Brown is also Trust Lead for Simulation Based Education. Having a particular interest in the individual and systemic delivery of quality and safety in anaesthetics he runs the “Flying Solo” simulated anaesthetic critical incident training course for the Northern Ireland Council for Postgraduate Medical and Dental Education and the Northern Ireland School of Anaesthesia.

When not at work he can be found cycling the local towpath to work and more importantly, from work, to immerse himself in family life, running, and more cycling.
