Georgia is a People Consultant at Nuffield Health, a position she has held since 2024, managing the HR function across two hospitals. She brings over a decade of HR experience in the public, private and charity sectors, having worked with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), Ark Schools, the Ministry of Justice and Chelsea Football Club. Her diverse career has equipped her with a strong understanding of how to foster inclusive, high-performing environments within regulated organisations.
Georgia’s background spans involvement in employee relations, recruitment, trade union collaboration, and policy development. She prides herself on her pragmatic, people-centred approach and her ability to balance strategic priorities with ethical judgement and professionalism. She enjoys using data and engagement tools to inform workforce decisions, strengthen communication and shape meaningful change.
A passionate advocate for equity, diversity and inclusion, Georgia chairs her hospitals ED&I Working Groups and promotes employee voice, wellbeing and organisational culture as key enablers of success. She also supports leadership capability through a coaching style, helping teams and individuals reach their full potential.
