Hana is a strategic marketing leader with more than a decade of experience spanning communications, product marketing and brand strategy within the healthcare sector. Her career sits at the intersection of health, sustainability, and human insight, where she enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns with real impact.

Hana began her career at The Royal College of Surgeons, where she supported the growth and engagement of more than 28,000 members, helping to expand the Women in Surgery network and increase awareness of surgical careers through a revitalised affiliate membership programme. She later joined Accurx, working with product, commercial and operations teams to launch and grow digital healthcare solutions in primary care. She now works within Ecolab’s Healthcare Division, supporting healthcare providers to improve compliance and best practice in infection prevention, from hand hygiene to instrument reprocessing.

A graduate of Durham University, with a BSc in Medical Anthropology, Hana brings a deep understanding of the social and behavioural factors that influence health. This perspective continues to shape her human-centred approach to strategy, communications and innovation. Her career highlight remains her time at The Cape Eleuthera Institute and Island School in The Bahamas, where she worked alongside scientists and educators delivering marine research and sustainable living projects.

Hana is committed to helping organisations better understand the needs of clinicians, patients, and healthcare systems to deliver meaningful and lasting change. Her passion continues to be improving the health and wellbeing of people and planet.
