In celebration of National Operating Department Practitioners’ (ODP) Day and International Nurses Day, the Association for Perioperative Practice (AfPP) is delighted to offer its members exclusive access to two effective Mind Calm Games and videos in the AfPP Members’ Portal, courtesy of Craig Forster of Craig Forster Coaching.
These short, impactful mental reset exercises, called ‘Notice the Now Space’ and ‘Quick Reality Check’, offer AfPP members a powerful way to pause, reset, and reconnect with inner calm and clarity in just a few moments in any situation.
