Our team is expanding! We are looking for dedicated and skilled Scrub, Recovery Registered Nurses, Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs), and Theatre Healthcare Support Workers (HCSWs) based in Scotland. At this point, I am afraid we don’t need anaesthetics cover as we already have sufficient Anaesthetics Practitioners on our database. We are also keen to hear from Registered Nurses who can work in the Day Surgery Unit.

We are looking for a Surgical Care Practitioner with strong Robotics experience to join our Theatre team at The Christie Private Care in Manchester, currently rated “Outstanding” by the CQC.
The theatres provide a vibrant, exciting and professional environment where the advanced equipment and technology we use is second to none. We work with World Class Surgeons and the latest innovative technology and equipment including Da Vinci Surgical system and have performed over 500 robotic procedures with the Davinci Xi robot currently.

We are looking for a Surgical Care Practitioner with strong Urology Robotics or Gynaecology experience to join our Theatres at The Princess Grace Hospital currently rated “Good” by the CQC. The theatres across our facilities, provide a vibrant, exciting and professional environment where the advance equipment and technology is second to none. We work with World Class Surgeons and the latest innovate technology and equipment including Da Vinci Surgical system and have performed over 500 robotic procedure with 2 Davinci robots currently.

The Specialist Interest Group (SIG) lead plays a pivotal role in supporting the Association for Perioperative Practice (AfPP) by leading and coordinating the activities of the SIG and online Forum.
Fostering professional engagement, facilitating networking opportunities, supporting members and promoting high standards of perioperative practice.
The role will include leading the online forum, sharing specialised knowledge and exchanging ideas as topic moderators (posting new topics weekly), and managing topic threads by encouraging member activity.

The Regional Lead plays a pivotal role in supporting the Association for Perioperative Practice (AfPP) by leading a regional team to promote education & networking. The Regional Lead ensures the delivery of high-quality regional activities, including study days, while fostering collaborative and inclusive team environments. The Regional Lead facilitates education, enhances networking opportunities, and ensures a continuing regional AfPP presence.
